Each season, VS presents three engaging Kids at the Farquhar concerts that are sure to uplift and entertain the whole family! To share this music with a broader community of youth and families, and in a continued effort to reduce barriers to access live orchestral music, we are thrilled to introduce a new Kids Concerts Ticketing Program that offers local organizations working with youth of all ages complimentary tickets to these concerts.
This program is made possible with generous support from a Private Foundation.
How it works:
- Please fill in and submit the application form below (Form will reopen January 2026)
- Your application will be reviewed, and once approved, we will send you a promotional code, which you are welcome to share with the families that your organization serves. (Please do not share the code publicly or on social media.)
- Families may use the promo code to book up to 6 tickets per concert through the UVic Ticket Centre website or by phone at 250.721.8480.

Victoria Symphony Kids Concerts Facts
- Concerts take place at the Farquhar Auditorium at UVic
- Join us one hour before each concert for our popular Instrument Petting Zoo and other family activities
- Each concert is 45 – 60 minutes long and features the full VS orchestra
The concerts are targeted for children ages 4-11, but are enjoyed by all ages!
Applications for our final two Kids Concerts of the season, Dan Brown’s Wild Symphony and Platypus Theatre – Bach to the Future will open in January 2026.
