PRINCIPAL OBOE

NATIONAL auditions will be held on Wednesday May 17, 2023 beginning at 10:00am at First Metropolitan United Church 932 Balmoral Rd, Victoria, BC V8T 1A8

Salary & Benefits:

• 2023/24
  • 36 week season at $1,393.80/week
  • 8% MPFC Pension
  • 2 weeks paid vacation

The musicians of the Victoria Symphony are Canadian members of the American Federation of Musicians.

This audition is open only to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents at this time. Candidates may be required to show proof of Canadian Citizenship or eligibility to work in Canada.

The audition committee reserves the right to dismiss, at any time during the audition procedure, any candidate who does not meet the required standards of the Victoria Symphony.
