Concerts in Schools
“Cascadia was fantastic! Wow, what an incredible performance. We loved it.” – Sandra Arts, Teacher, School District 62
Catering to groups of 30 to 300, Victoria Symphony’s Concerts in Schools program aims to introduce students to different instruments and musical styles, while getting a glimpse into the world of our hard-working musicians. These musician ensembles bring innovative, inspiring, and entertaining performances and workshops to school gyms and classrooms from November through May.
This program allows students to connect more directly with the musicians and provides a fun, open dialogue for eager questions.
Musician ensembles (featuring Victoria Symphony musicians) include:
- Odyssey String Quartet
- Cascadia Strings
- VS Wind Quintet
- VS Brass Quintet
