The Victoria Symphony strives to make orchestral music available and accessible to everyone, and the BCLC has stepped up to help us achieve this goal.
We are thrilled to introduce the BCLC Community Ticketing Program, which recognizes local not-for-profit societies and/or charities by providing complimentary tickets to these organization’s whose members face barriers to attending our concerts.
Organizations can apply for up to 25 tickets total to the VS 2025/26 Season. Tickets can be requested for one concert or split between multiple in the form below.
The BCLC Community Ticketing Program has had a profound impact on the Memory Connections care partners and their family members with dementia. Care partners often feel isolated and overwhelmed, and the opportunity to attend a Victoria Symphony performance is invaluable. It’s not just about enjoying beautiful music; these outstanding symphony performances enrich the lives of both care partners and persons with dementia by fostering meaningful reconnection through their shared appreciation for music. Memory Connections is deeply grateful to the Victoria Symphony for providing this wonderful opportunity to attend such high-quality performances.
If you know an organization that would benefit from receiving BCLC Community Ticketing Program tickets, or if you have any questions about the program, please email soile@victoriasymphony.ca.
BCLC believes in the power of human connection, and so do we at the VS. Whether it’s through the excitement of a shared win or the pride of knowing your play gives back to B.C., BCLC creates opportunities for people to come together and feel part of something bigger. This includes celebrating the passion, dedication, and support of local non-profit organizations in communities throughout B.C.
The BCLC Community Ticketing Program is now at capacity for our 2025/26 Season. For inquiries on the program, please contact Soile Stratkauskas at soile@victoriasymphony.ca.
