Open Air: A Summer Festival of Music – Feathers

Feathers – Emily Carr String Quartet

Inspired by nature, this program features two works from Victoria’s own Tobin Stokes: Feathers (inspired by Emily Carr’s descriptions of birds), and Canoe (from Stories from Klee Wyck). Mozart’s delightful String Quartet completes the concert.

The Victoria Symphony performs on the traditional lands of the Lekwungen peoples and acknowledges with respect the Songhees, Esquimalt and WSÁNEĆ peoples whose historical relationships with the land continues to this day. We extend our appreciation for the opportunity to live, create, and perform on this territory.
