The Victoria Symphony is committed to music education and gives young soloists the opportunity to perform live with the orchestra.

Each year, Maestra Tania Miller selects a young soloist to join her on the barge to perform in the Victoria Symphony Splash. This concert is seen by over 40,000 people and takes place on the first Sunday in August, the BC day long weekend. Applications are open in January with live auditions in April.
